Had comfortable experience, overall incredibly beautiful and lovely place.

I truly enjoyed to be here, everything was great. I had apartment with windows overlooking garden and exceptionally comfortable bed. The location close to the beach was great.

The breakfast was gorgeous and very good with quality delicious food and gluten free options, as example, the best I had in Puerto del Carmen.

The staff - some of them were kind of rude.

Clean property, super and amazing staff. Comfortable rooms with private terrase, twin beds, a bedroom, good pool. Pleasant and super location to centre of things, 20 min on foot to El Barranquillo. Based close to a beautiful beach as well as the garden area. Really comfortable place

The rooms were spotless with air conditioning, the staff were absolutely fabulous and amazing. The location was pleasant - just off bars and restaurants, shops and airport, and the supermarket. Also, 

A lot of excellent breakfast items to choose from. Perfect little and nicely refurbished room plus an electronic key card, a work desk, and a multi-channel television. Incredible, nice location in the excellent area.  

We loved its location, it was peaceful and very close to local beach, great restaurants and bars, and the island.

It is fairly clean and a nice size hotel, the stuff are good and location in Hyde park is great.

I have stayed in the apartment with private terrase. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of Mini Golf.

this is a particularly good location in puerto del carmen. the breakfast is large and gorgeous with gluten free options and quality delicious food, as for instance, lots to choose from. overall the staff is pretty friendly and amazingly nice.

Enjoyed how fabulous and modern the property was. It was a particularly good location near the beach and the waterfront in 10 to 15 minutes, bars restaurants, and town centre. Plus, it was approx 5 mins walk from Playa de los Pocillos.  

The staff was good and kind. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with private terrase. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a multi-channel television were much appreciated.
